Course Overview

Standing Before Kings 2.0 is an advanced leadership formation programme for                 

Building upon the foundations established in Standing Before Kings 1.0, this programme moves participants from personal leadership development into strategic, organisational, spiritual, and societal leadership.

The course explores how leaders think, discern, build, govern, collaborate, multiply impact, and steward influence without compromising character or divine purpose.

Course Modules

Module 1: Strategic Leadership and Systems Thinking

Learn how to move beyond short-term problem-solving and lead with vision, structure, foresight, and strategic understanding. Participants will explore how effective systems support growth, continuity, accountability, and sustainable impact.

Module 2: Governance, Structures and Nation Building

Understand God’s principles of order, authority, responsibility, and accountability. Examine how institutions, policies, structures, and decisions shape organisations, communities, and nations.

Module 3: Spiritual Intelligence

Develop the ability to discern God’s movements, interpret spiritual environments, recognise divine timing, and make leadership decisions with spiritual accuracy and wisdom.

Module 4: Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Psychology

Strengthen emotional maturity, self-awareness, conflict navigation, relational intelligence, and inner stability. Learn how to remain grounded and effective while leading under pressure.

Module 5: Stewarding Platforms, Partnerships and Influence

Learn how to carry visibility, cultivate strategic relationships, collaborate effectively, and steward opportunities without compromising integrity, character, or divine assignment.

Module 6: Multiplying Impact Through People

Discover how to build effective teams, cultivate healthy culture, delegate responsibility, raise leaders, and mentor others with clarity and intentionality.

Module 7: The Architecture of Kingship

Deepen discernment, prophetic accuracy, character formation, and secret-place leadership. Explore the internal foundations necessary to sustain public influence and carry authority responsibly.

Course Prerequisite

Participants should complete Standing Before Kings 1.0 before enrolling in Standing Before Kings 2.0, unless special admission has been approved by HillCity Leadership Centre.

Course Completion

Participants are expected to complete all required lessons, reflections, assessments, and assignments. A certificate of completion may be issued after all course requirements have been successfully completed.
